General Studies

General Studies

Students have been benefiting from this unique, part-time, individualized degree program since 1978. The Bachelor of General Studies program is designed to accommodate adult learners, many of whom are returning to college to complete their bachelor’s degree after an interruption in their earlier academic careers.

Convenient evening, weekend, and on-line class offerings allow students to meet work and family obligations while pursuing their education. Academic credits that students earned when they first began college can be counted towards the Bachelor of General Studies degree. The Bachelor of General Studies program gives individuals an opportunity to finish what they started.

Eligibility

Students who have completed an associate’s degree or at least 60 college credits from a regionally accredited, degree-granting institution.
