Background:

Received a Master of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from Fairfield University and a Bachelors degree in French from the University of Bridgeport. Prior to joining the University of Connecticut at Stamford she was Director of Contract Management at Council on International Educational Exchange and a former Director of Freshman Admission at the University of Bridgeport. Fluent in Spanish, Kerrie served two years in the Peace Corps in Chile.
