Gary Faulkner possess a AS, BS & MS with 9 years in corporate & plant accounting and 31 years of diverse experience working in Higher Education Institutions spanning areas of Dining Services, Student Services, Operations and the Office of the Director. As the Administrative Services Specialist and ten years of experience at UConn Stamford, he has been responsible for ordering campus supplies, student employment and payroll, purchase requisitions, travel authorizations & reimbursements, invoice processing, campus art gallery and campus special projects.
He has graduate teaching experience in Philosophy of Customer Service course under the field of Hospitality Management.
Past positions which he has held at higher education institutions include Accounting Manager for the Dining Hall Department; Dining Hall Manager; Systems Specialist; Director of Student Auxiliary Services / Budget Representative; Interim Associate Campus Director. Currently he is the Administrative Service Specialist at the UConn Stamford campus.
An avid aviation enthusiast he also reads & collects silver & bronze age comic books.
